Light pipes and raw steel pipes are made into drill pipes after many processing steps. Other tests should be carried out before finishing and painting the finished drill pipe, including hardness test, pressure test and non-destructive test.

The drill rod is suspended slowly with the main hoist, allowing the guide rail to face the quasi mast track surface, through the power head key sleeve, then the mast is reacted and the sliding ear is fastened; finally, the mast is erect and the drilling tool is installed.

Turn on the car, make the drilling tool position, drive the power head to rotate, drive the drilling tool to move and drill. When the hard soil is encountered, the drill pipe is pressurized until the 2/3 is filled with the drill tool, and then the drill is lifted.

When drilling, the power head reverses 1~2 circles to close Doumen. At the same time, the main hoist and power head are raised, and the drilling tools are raised from the holes.

When using the machine lock drill rod, the drill rod is raised 0.3 to 0.5 meters (the main hoist is not moving) with the power head. After reversing 2~3 circles, the drill rod is raised with the main hoist, and the drilling tool is put forward from the hole.

Turn on the vehicle to the unloading position and press the power head, so that Doumen can be opened and the soil will be poured out.
